I had to update my iPhone XR to the newest software version 12.3.1 then it was easy to get it working right. AT&T phone is working on Verizon network. The seller is so helpful answering questions and helping me troubleshoot. iPhone XR seems to be working great! When I first got my xfinity Sim card and put it in my I phone xs prior to unlocking it with this device it didn't work. Now mind you, I have unlocked several phones prior by paying over $150 on an unlocking Website that took days so I was beyond skeptical . As soon as this Amazing device arrived I immediately followed the directions and it did not work immediately so please be patient unlike I was. I don't know if it takes a matter of time to reconfigure your device after unlocking because I got an activation error message after inputting the code. After resting network settings I got another error message prompting me to contact my carrier . I thought it was a scandalous lost cause until the next day when my phone rang and wala! It worked like a charm but for some reason it took A few days.
