Great motivation. I love that the author uses scriptures to support her views. It's very positive. A refresher to believe and keep the faith. I didn't expect the daily ( day 1-31) motivations selection. I preferred to keep going instead of reading each passage once a day. The book isn't non-denomination so, it's not a "spiritual" self help book, but a religious Christian self help book. Not a bad thing.
