Last year I ended up on antibiotics twice for 1+ month each time. The first time, I suffered during and a couple of months after the course of Septra DS. My bowels felt like they were inside out and yeast infection was ravaging my you know what. I actually had to take medication to get this taken care of. Yes, medication for side effects of another medication. I took yeast medication + Culturelle - I was already smarter then. The second time I had to take Septra, I already knew what to do. By experimenting I figured out I needed 3 of those every day for the course of the antibiotics + 3 of (much weaker) Colon Health. I wanted to take a mixture of different cultures. It was like night and day. No problems at all whatsoever. No burning, no pain, regular like a baby. I continued for a couple of months after the antibiotics but with the regular dosage of 1 pill/day. Now whenever things are not all well with my digestive tract, I just take this.
