They could do a way better job at the instruction manual and save them selves a lot of customer support hours. Using it was easy and works great. Exporting to my computer was the only issue.The customer service was very vague on the solution but i figured it out. You have to open Excel, hover your mouse pointer over the first (A1) cell, then hit "wireless export" from your scanner device... Loads right into your spread sheet. Only work with short barcode.
