That was written in the ad.The inner ring rotates about the outer ring, its or their measurements are as described. And both compartments are black as night. So no complaints here either.But i give you two things to consider: first, this ring-ensamble is not as weighty, as it looks, so if you where looking for a fancy, nicely black and twisting light-weight ring-construction, buy this one! Second: they are "Made in China", so who knows, what freaky stuff lurks beneath the surface.If you where looking for all that and some heavy rings, as implied by the picture, search further...All in all, they came at the last day of the delivery-timeframe, and they where less than I expected, but that might be mine own fault, hence I might have misinterpreted the product-discription, or did just not read enough of it.They behave and function as desribed, it was a personal disappointment nonetheless... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable (even 6+ yrs later) and great for dealing with anxiety or fidgeting *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2016* I've put this ring through a lot of wear and it's held up fantastically. I've worn it almost every day for two years (update: now 6+ years, and in the 4 yrs since I last reviewed, it’s still holding up exactly the same), and it still spins well. I've even forgotten about it and gotten sand stuck in it wearing it to the beach (multiple times over multiple years), and after some rinsing and a little time it went back to normal. The matte center band (which was a stylish highlight when new) is no longer matte, and shows some silver along the edge and some tiny scratches when viewed up close, but considering the wear and the time I really can't complain, and still looks very nice. It isn't as bulky as a lot of spinner rings and spins quietly (if not silently) and freely, which makes it a fairly unobtrusive aid for any sort of restlessness or focus issues. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good quality! Sturdy, long-lasting *by J***J on Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2017* This has lasted 2 years of wearing it and fidgeting with it almost every day! Occasionally it will get dirty and not spin as smoothly, but I've found just keeping the ring on when I wash my hands normally is enough to keep it clean (rather than trying to scrub the inside of the ring by itself). It has gotten a bit scratched up over time and as a result is not as dark black as it was when I first got it, but that's the only sign of wear - it hasn't broken, it hasn't stopped spinning smoothly, the color has not come off on my skin.The ring does make a sound when it spins. It's a pretty quiet jingly/swishy noise? Not sure how to describe it.
