This one came highly recommended from several long, involved, deep state google searches. People bragged about how they'd won competitions using this rub. I was sure I'd found a winner! I came to Amazon, and the reviews were generally good, so I felt even more confident buying it. When I sniffed it, it smelled average; nothing extraordinary. Nevertheless, I persisted. I used it on a rack of baby back ribs. It is soooooo salty! I couldn't eat it. There was a hint of flavor, but it was overpowered by the salt. Definitely the worst ribs I ever made. Oh well, back to my dark web search for rib rubs. This rub has very good flavor. I have used on both pork and chicken with great success.
