I read the reviews so I was aware of what I was purchasing but I thought maybe it wouldn't be that bad. The product is cheaply made and smells as such. The wrist cushion is terrible, firm, too tall and puts my wrist at a bad angle. The heating aspect is only a small square at the top of the cover and the cover is way too big. All the mouse heating pads seem to have that problemRecommendations:Use a coat hanger to make a frame for the mouth. Get a small heating pad to place under it.What MFG should have done:Put the heating elements embedded in the bottom and top. The heating elements should be like in heating pads or blankets. At least have a rheostat to control the heat. Should have put a heat curtain around the opening.
