I am not a very experienced golfer, but even I found about only 10-15% playable. I saw no Callaways whatsoever in my bag. I suggest you get recycled Callaways from knetgolf.com. You can get 5 dozen Grade A Refinished balls for $28.99. Much better quality, all Callaways, and all playable at a price where you can use them as junk balls too. **Q: Guessing these are fine for hitting into my lake???** A: These recycled balls have seen several rounds and have some scuffs, but they are free of cuts and ball flight shouldn't be affected. **Q: Are the balls white or various colors?** A: The balls came in mess bag, variety of name brands, one bag had two yellow balls and the other bag had just one yellow ball the rest are all white. Lets get something straight they are not perfect. But they are great quality I even found a few that I wouldn't mind taking to the course as well(not right out the box quality but swung at a good 15-20+ times). And even more happy that my batch was about 90 Callaway balls and the rest where misc. I know it is completely random each batch but it was a pleasant surprise. Some where worse than others, I tossed 4 that where in condition I wasn't happy with.
