An exceptional alternative to traditional HVAC systems, the BOSCH Climate 5000 series focuses on heating and cooling individual rooms by utilizing a combination of efficient technologies to achieve up to a 22 SEER rating, reducing electricity usage and lowering your electric bill. The mini split system is ideal for spaces where HVAC equipment or ductwork will not fit, or is overly costly – including additions, renovations, and enclosed patios. The Bosch Climate 5000 system is comprised of three parts – the indoor air handler, outdoor condensing section, and the piping line set. The two main units are connected by the electrical, refrigerant, and condensate piping line set through a 3-inch diameter hole in an exterior wall. Wireless back-lit remote is included for easy adjustment, featuring timer, follow-me, and turbo settings. Additional features include Silent Setting, lowering sound levels to 20 dBAs - less than the sound of rainfall. Review: Don’t buy ACs in desertcart. Vendors won’t honor warranty - This was the worst ever purchase of my life. I bought this equipment motivated by the 7 year parts warranty. After 2 weeks of waiting, unit didn’t arrive. When I called desertcart they informed that unit got damaged in transit. I reordered the unit and after 2 weeks I got the unit. I hire a technician to install it and spent almost a $1000 on it. After 2 days of using the unit stopped working. I called Bosch technologies to claim the warrant and they told me that I had to go through their official technician and that claims should be done through him. I contacted him and came to my place to inspect the unit charging me $125. After that he started the claim process but the information I received from him is that wholesalers didn’t want to honor the warranty because I didn’t buy the equipment from them. I ended up buying the parts. He installed them yesterday and hopefully I’ll be able to enjoy this equipment next summer. It is just amazing how I have a repaired unit in my bedroom even though I paid for a new one. I’ll never buy an AC out of desertcart.

This was the worst ever purchase of my life. I bought this equipment motivated by the 7 year parts warranty. After 2 weeks of waiting, unit didn’t arrive. When I called amazon they informed that unit got damaged in transit. I reordered the unit and after 2 weeks I got the unit. I hire a technician to install it and spent almost a $1000 on it. After 2 days of using the unit stopped working. I called Bosch technologies to claim the warrant and they told me that I had to go through their official technician and that claims should be done through him.
